  • 100# Lean Ground Beef, or combination of venison and beef
  • 1.3# Kent Beef Jerky Seasoning
  • 2.5# Salt
  • 4 oz. Kent Super Cure


100# Batch

  1. Mix above ingredients.
  2. Grind and let set over night in cooler.
  3. Extrude in Colosimo.
  4. Smoke product until dried.
