Ingredients

  • 25# Pork Trim (70% Lean / 30% Fat)
  • 1 pkg. Kent Ranch or Kent Farm

Instructions

  1. Grind meat througha 3/16″ plate
  2. Add mixture to meat and mix thoroughly
  3. Product ready for sale

 

If sausage is preferred, stuff into 22/24 natural sheep casings or into 21mm Coria Fresh Casings.
