25# Pork Trim (70% Lean / 30% Fat)
1 pkg. Kent Ranch or Kent Farm

Instructions

Grind meat througha 3/16″ plate
Add mixture to meat and mix thoroughly
Product ready for sale

If sausage is preferred, stuff into 22/24 natural sheep casings or into 21mm Coria Fresh Casings.
