Meat Loaf


  • 15# Lean Beef
  • 6.25# Regular Pork Trimmings
  • 1 pkg. Leggs Snack Stick Seasoning
  • 1 oz. Cure
  • Water to make product workable
  • Mustard Seed (optional)

  1. Combine Water and Meat Loaf Mix and let stand 20 minutes to allow rehydration of vegetables.
  2. Grind the meat through a 3/16″ pate.
  3. Place in a mixer, add other ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes – DO NOT OVER MIX.
  4. Fill into 2 pound meat loaf pans.
  5. Loaves are now ready for sale. Sell in either fresh or frozen form.


Fresh: Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hr. 45 min.

Frozen: Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hr. 35 min.

In all cases, loaves should be baked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
