  • 8.5# Veal Trimmings
  • 3.5# Pork Trimmings
  • 1# Kent Mock Chicken Seasoning
  • 2# COLD Water


15# Batch

  1. Mix the seasoning thoroughly in the water.
  2. Grind Meat through 1/4″ or 3/8″ plate.
  3. Mix the seasoning batter in with the meat and grind again through a smaller grinder plate.
  4. Mold and roll in corn meal or corn flakes crumbs and display on platter.
