Approx 60# Batch
- Grind all meat, ice and potatoes once thru 1/8″ plate.
- Add 1 pkg. NW Swedish Potato Sausage Seasoning and Onion.
- Mix 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Stuff into 35/38 or larger casings and link.
- Product ready for sale.
