Ingredients

40# Boneless Picnic Meat
15# Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
5# Ice
1 pkg. NW Swedish Potato Sausage G22470, (1# 8 oz.)
1# Minced Onion

Instructions

Approx 60# Batch

Grind all meat, ice and potatoes once thru 1/8″ plate.
Add 1 pkg. NW Swedish Potato Sausage Seasoning and Onion.
Mix 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stuff into 35/38 or larger casings and link.
Product ready for sale.
