  • 40# Boneless Picnic Meat
  • 15# Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 5# Ice
  • 1 pkg. NW Swedish Potato Sausage G22470, (1# 8 oz.)
  • 1# Minced Onion


Approx 60# Batch

  1. Grind all meat, ice and potatoes once thru 1/8″ plate.
  2. Add 1 pkg. NW Swedish Potato Sausage Seasoning and Onion.
  3. Mix 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Stuff into 35/38 or larger casings and link.
  5. Product ready for sale.
